Terms of Use

1. The service and adults-only access

Service name: RONKE MEMEKE STUDIO. Contact the studio admin through Studio Support. Sign in with the wallet associated with your request; replies appear on that page. Do not send a private key, recovery phrase or ID document.

The studio is for adults aged 18 or older who are legally able to agree to these terms. Wallet sign-in proves control of a wallet, not age or identity. Your declaration is self-reported; no ID document or date of birth is collected. Keep your wallet secure.

2. AI features and provider conditions

Images and videos are generated through Venice and selected model providers. For these features, you must follow the applicable Venice Terms of Service, including their prohibited-use rules, warranty disclaimers and limits on provider liability, and the selected model’s usage restrictions. These provider conditions apply to your use of provider-powered features to the extent permitted by law. The studio does not extend any provider’s warranties or obligations.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for your intended use. Features and outputs are supplied as available, without promises of a particular result, uninterrupted access, exclusivity, copyright protection or non-infringement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, implied warranties are excluded. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them. No term removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Inputs, outputs and acceptable use

Submit only material you own or have permission to use, including permission for another person’s likeness. You keep the rights you have in your content, subject to applicable law and provider terms; the studio receives permission to process, store and deliver it to provide the features you request. Third-party characters, brands and other protected material remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, exploitation, harassment, harmful impersonation, privacy violations or infringement. Sexual content involving minors and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. Do not bypass filters, forge transactions, replay authorizations, manipulate credits or disrupt the service. An 18+ model label does not remove safeguards. Access may be restricted for misuse.

4. Credits and purchases

Review the displayed price, currency, token quote, recipient and network gas before approving a wallet transaction. Quotes can expire and token values can change. Login does not authorize payment. The Credits & Generation Policy explains reservations, confirmed-failure credit returns and uncertain jobs. Credits and hearts are not investments or promises of profit.

5. Private storage and expiry

Your images and videos are private to your wallet, subject to access needed to operate, secure or support the service. Your library allows 500 MB per wallet. Saved generations expire 6 months after creation; download copies before that date. Removing a generation is permanent through the normal product controls and does not refund credits. Expired files are removed during scheduled cleanup. Publishing to Ronke Spot is optional. Published images, titles, display names and avatars are public; prompts are public only when you choose to share them. Uploaded references stay private. Heart transactions are permanent public Ronin records and can link reaction and creator wallets to posts. Unpublishing removes the post from the feed but cannot erase blockchain records.

6. RONKE HEARTS

Successful charged generations with Ronke traits ON earn one RONKE HEART per credit spent. Traits OFF, failed and refunded generations earn none. Buying credits alone does not earn hearts. Heart earning is recorded in the studio database; it is not a blockchain transaction for each generation. Permanent Ronke Spot reactions spend one earned heart, are limited to one per wallet per post, and cannot be undone. Self-hearts are not allowed. MEMEKE sponsors gas subject to funding, rate limits and a daily gas cap. Queued or confirming hearts reserve a point until the transaction outcome is safely established. Hearts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for credits, tokens or money. No PoD ranking, eligibility or rewards are promised.

7. Support, changes and legal rights

Keep your job ID, purchase ID and transaction hash for support. Check a saved uncertain job before resubmitting. Prices and features can change for future use; material agreement changes require a new confirmation. These terms do not override mandatory consumer protections or applicable legal rights. Open a support request for an account, payment or service issue.
