Service and contact

Service name: RONKE MEMEKE STUDIO. Contact the studio admin through Studio Support. Sign in with the wallet associated with your request; replies appear on that page. Do not send a private key, recovery phrase or ID document.

Information used

The studio records your public wallet address, signed login challenge, session identifiers, agreement version, acceptance times and signed-message hash. It also records prompts, generation settings, job results, media, purchase transaction references, credit and heart records, optional profile settings, and support requests and replies. Wallet sign-in does not establish your age or real-world identity. Do not submit private or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Infrastructure providers receive technical information such as IP address and browser details. The studio uses wallet and technical request information for authentication, abuse prevention, rate limits, payment verification, recovery and support.

Providers and processing

Prompts and the references needed for your request are sent to Venice and the selected model providers when you generate. See Venice’s Privacy Policy. The studio does not promise the same privacy characteristics as Venice’s own consumer app. Hosting uses Vercel; account, payment and job records use Neon Postgres; saved media and temporary video references use private Vercel Blob storage. Wallet software and external resources operate under their own policies. Processing locations depend on those providers and may be outside your country.

Visibility

Your library and uploaded references are not automatically published. The studio admin can access records needed for operations, security and support. Support messages and replies are visible to the requesting wallet and admin. Blockchain addresses and transactions are public and can be linked by other people. Publishing to Ronke Spot is optional. Published images, titles, display names and avatars are public. Prompts are shared only when you choose to share them. Uploaded references stay private. Permanent heart transactions on Ronin can link reaction and creator wallets to posts, even after a post is unpublished.

Cookies and local storage

Essential HttpOnly session cookies last up to 24 hours, and login-challenge cookies up to 5 minutes. Browser storage keeps preferences and recovery identifiers for pending jobs, purchases and contract deployment. Signing out ends the active session. Clearing browser storage can remove recovery shortcuts without deleting server records.

Retention and requests

Saved generations expire 6 months after creation, subject to the 500 MB wallet quota. Removing a generation hides access immediately and schedules storage removal. Temporary uploaded video references expire for use after one hour and are removed during scheduled cleanup. Backups can retain older copies separately from active storage.

Payment, credit, heart, agreement and support records do not have an automatic deletion schedule. They are retained for service operation, disputes, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. Request access, correction or deletion through Studio Support. Requests are reviewed individually; necessary legal or security records may be retained. Public blockchain records cannot be erased. These terms do not waive privacy rights that apply to you.
